Baseline the last 30 days
GPU-day revenue, occupancy, reliability score, time-to-fill, unverified drag. That number becomes the floor we are measured against.
GPU host operations
Vast already lists the box. Fillrate runs the desk: live pricing, occupancy, reliability, and contract hygiene — so idle hours do not sit unsold.
Working site · no public case studies · no invented earnings
Not a set-and-forget listing. A managed ops desk on top of your Vast.ai (and later RunPod) fleet.

On-demand ask tracks the cohort. Interruptible floor sits near power cost. Prices move when utilization and queue say they should.
03
Maintenance windows, no surprise unlists mid-contract, verification chase, and alerts when a node drops off the marketplace.
Small and mid fleets that already listed once and then stopped looking at the dashboard.
Operating rules, not slogans.
Built so we only get paid if the machines earn more than they did before we showed up. Exact percentages are not published yet.
Baseline lock
Trailing 30-day GPU-day revenue. That floor stays yours. We do not take a cut of it.
Desk fee
Monitoring, alerts, weekly review. Small monthly, per fleet — set after the baseline review, not from a public rate card.
Lift share
A share of earnings above the baseline only. No invented % here until we have public before/afters to stand behind.
Those are self-serve pricing tools. Fillrate is the operator: someone watching price, reliability, and contracts, paid on lift rather than a software seat.
No. Baseline stays yours. We share only the increment above that baseline, plus a small desk fee so quiet months still cover watch time.
A Vast team seat with host permissions, or an API key you can revoke. Payouts stay on your Stripe / Wise / PayPal connection.
We do not have public before/afters yet, so this site does not invent them. The console page is a layout preview with placeholder values, not a client result.
A baseline review is the intake. If Fillrate cannot beat set-and-forget on that hardware, we will say so.
