GPU host operations

We sell your spare cycles.

Vast already lists the box. Fillrate runs the desk: live pricing, occupancy, reliability, and contract hygiene — so idle hours do not sit unsold.

Working site · no public case studies · no invented earnings

What we actually do

Not a set-and-forget listing. A managed ops desk on top of your Vast.ai (and later RunPod) fleet.

01

Baseline the last 30 days

GPU-day revenue, occupancy, reliability score, time-to-fill, unverified drag. That number becomes the floor we are measured against.

02

Run the ask and the floor

On-demand ask tracks the cohort. Interruptible floor sits near power cost. Prices move when utilization and queue say they should.

03

Protect reliability

Maintenance windows, no surprise unlists mid-contract, verification chase, and alerts when a node drops off the marketplace.

Full operating sequence

Who this is for

Small and mid fleets that already listed once and then stopped looking at the dashboard.

  • Fit2–16 consumer or prosumer GPUs. Enough revenue to care, not enough staff to watch the market daily.
  • FitYou will grant team/API access. You keep the Vast payout account.
  • NotSingle hobby cards. Real datacenters with a NOC. Anyone who wants us to hold root and “just reboot it.”

What we will not do

Operating rules, not slogans.

  • 01Shorten or cancel a live rental to chase a better price.
  • 02Take your Vast password. Team roles only.
  • 03Promise a fixed $/hr. Markets move. We promise a process and a measured lift.

Pricing is still per fleet

Built so we only get paid if the machines earn more than they did before we showed up. Exact percentages are not published yet.

Baseline lock

Documented before go-live

Trailing 30-day GPU-day revenue. That floor stays yours. We do not take a cut of it.

Desk fee

Placeholder · amount TBD

Monitoring, alerts, weekly review. Small monthly, per fleet — set after the baseline review, not from a public rate card.

Lift share

Placeholder · share TBD

A share of earnings above the baseline only. No invented % here until we have public before/afters to stand behind.

FAQ

How is this different from Woven or GPU Autopilot?

Those are self-serve pricing tools. Fillrate is the operator: someone watching price, reliability, and contracts, paid on lift rather than a software seat.

Do you take a cut of all Vast payouts?

No. Baseline stays yours. We share only the increment above that baseline, plus a small desk fee so quiet months still cover watch time.

What access do you need?

A Vast team seat with host permissions, or an API key you can revoke. Payouts stay on your Stripe / Wise / PayPal connection.

Where are the testimonials and occupancy charts?

We do not have public before/afters yet, so this site does not invent them. The console page is a layout preview with placeholder values, not a client result.

Send the fleet. We will say if it fits.

A baseline review is the intake. If Fillrate cannot beat set-and-forget on that hardware, we will say so.
