1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Lounge Fleet, LLC d/b/a Fillrate (“Fillrate,” “we,” “us”). Questions: [email protected]. The host Terms of Service still apply if you also use the Fillrate console as a customer.
2. What you earn
Commission applies to Fillrate desk subscription fees and Fillrate bare-metal subscription fees that a referred account actually pays to Fillrate. The rate is the commission rate shown in your partner desk, set by Fillrate.
Commission is not a share of Vast.ai earnings, renter payments, or anything paid by Vast to the host. Fillrate does not pay you out of Vast payouts.
Commission continues for as long as that referred account remains a paying Fillrate customer. If they stop paying Fillrate, new commission on that account stops. Past amounts that were already recorded stay recorded.
3. How attribution works
Each partner gets a unique code. A new Fillrate signup can be attributed from a first-party cookie (about 30 days) set by /r/YOURCODE or from a ?ref= on signup. The first valid attribution wins. We do not overwrite it.
You cannot attribute your own signup to your own code. The same block applies when the referred account is you: the same user, the same email, the same Vast API key, or the same payment customer on file.
A new partner registration is active immediately. An existing Fillrate host who requests partner access stays pending until Desk Admin approves it. A pending or paused code does not attribute new signups.
4. Pause and fraud
We can pause a partner account. While it is paused, new signups are not attributed to you, and no new commission accrues. We can also refuse or reverse attribution that looks like self-referral, duplicate identity, or fraud. We may close a partner account that breaks these terms.
5. Payouts
Fillrate records commission on the Fillrate fees a referred account pays. Fillrate sets how and when that commission is paid. A row in the commission ledger records the amount. It is not, by itself, a completed payment.
6. Acceptance
Checking “I agree to the Referral Partner Terms” stamps this version and the time on your partner record. If you do not agree, do not create a partner account or request access.
